Technical assistance to state and other public bodies aims at preparation and enhancement of the implementation of programmes financed from the EU funds. Urbanex’ professionals have experience in operational programmes programming, setting up a system of financial management and control of the EU funds use, as well as the running the complex projects of technical assistance, which has been acquired by participating in the design of the key business processes and procedures for the use of EU funds in programming periods of 2007-2013 and 2014-2020.

A key document in preparing the infrastructural project is the feasibility study, i.e. pre-feasibility study in case of the low level of readiness of the technical documentation. These documents serve to prove the preparedness and coherence of the project idea with costs and benefits being thoroughly analysed. However, the application for obtaining the state aid requires the thorough knowledge of the legal guidelines. In accordance with Article 24, paragraph 2 of the Croatian Public Procurement Act (NN 90/11, 83/13, 143/13 i 13/14) in the individual public procurement procedure at least one authorized representative of the contracting authority must have a valid certificate for public procurement.
